SEASONAL HVAC MAINTENANCE
HVAC maintenance and performance evaluations, twice a year
Seasonal heating and cooling visits for homes and businesses across Boise, Eagle, Meridian, and the greater Treasure Valley. The system runs while we test it, we check every reading against the manufacturer's specifications, and everything we find goes into a written Visit Summary you keep.
★★★★★ 5.0 on Google
✓ Two seasonal visits: cooling in spring, heating in fall
✓ Every reading documented in a written Visit Summary
✓ Priority scheduling for members
Full performance, on your schedule.
Preventative maintenance keeps a system delivering the airflow and temperatures it was built for. And most of what ends a system early starts small: a capacitor drifting out of specification, a drain narrowing, a safety control that has stopped doing its job.
Caught early, each one is a small correction, written into your Visit Summary and repaired on your terms. Left alone, it becomes the four-figure call in the coldest week of January or the hottest week of July.
Checked with instruments, not a glance.
A Northstead maintenance visit is an evaluation: the system runs under real operating conditions while we measure it, and we catch wear while it's still small.

Inside every Visit Summary
What you keep: the Visit Summary.
Every visit ends with a written record: what we found, what we measured, what was corrected, and what's worth watching, with photos from your own system. Members keep a running history, so the next visit starts from the last one.
You decide. We show you what we found, then the choice is yours.

For commercial buildings: preventative maintenance agreements
Commercial systems run on a building's schedule, not a season's. We write preventative maintenance agreements at annual, semi-annual, or quarterly cadence, with an equipment list, a defined scope, and documentation after every visit. Tell us about the building and we'll put a complimentary proposal together.
